Diploma Engineers’ Employment Service (DEES)

Your Skill, Your Future – Together with DEES!

Background

In Bangladesh, thousands of diploma engineers graduate every year. But many of them face difficulty in getting a good job or building a professional career. They often don’t get the right guidance, skill development, or job preparation support.

DEES (Diploma Engineer’s Employment Service) was created in 2023 by a group of professionals and trainers who deeply care about the future of diploma engineers. DEES works to build a bridge between education and employment by preparing fresh diploma graduates with the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to succeed in the job market.

We believe every diploma engineer has potential, and with the right support, they can become smart professionals, innovators, and future leaders.

DEES Implementation Strategy:

Diploma Engineer’s Employment Service (DEES) follows a step-by-step system to help diploma engineers become job-ready and get employed. Here’s how we work:

Step 1: Student Collection and Registration

We connect with diploma graduates through:

  • Facebook groups, online campaigns, and polytechnic visits
  • Career seminars and job readiness workshops
  • Online forms for easy registration

We collect information about their education, interest, and job needs.

Step 2: Skill Assessment

We check:

  • Their technical skills
  • Communication level
  • Job readiness status

This helps us decide what training or support they need most.

Step 3: Training and Career Guidance

We provide:

  • Short job-focused training (like communication, CV writing, interview skills)
  • Technical refreshers based on their field (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, etc.)
  • Soft skill development (teamwork, leadership, discipline)

All sessions are practical, interactive, and done both online & offline.

Step 4: Internship or Job Placement Support

After training:

  • We help candidates find jobs or internships
  • We connect them directly with companies and recruiters
  • We guide them in interviews and applications

We support them until they get placed or hired.

Step 5: Follow-up and Career Support

Even after job placement:

  • We follow up regularly to see their progress
  • Offer career coaching, promotion tips, and professional development
  • They stay connected to the DEES alumni network for future opportunities

Our goal is to support long-term career success, not just one job
